This site documents allegations and first-hand consumer experience. The parties named on it are entitled to respond to anything published. Their responses will be hosted on this site in full, without editorial alteration, alongside the material they answer.

How to submit a reply

  1. Write your response in plain text, PDF or DOCX format.
  2. State clearly which page, section, or claim on this site you are responding to.
  3. If you are attaching supporting documents (contracts, photographs, proof of work completed, refund records), list them.
  4. Sign and date your response. Submissions from registered legal representatives are acceptable.
  5. Submit via the Share Your Story form, marking the message clearly as a "Right of Reply" submission, or via the email address provided on request.

Resolution

The fastest way to remove material from this site is to resolve the underlying consumer complaints. Where vehicles are returned working, refunds are paid, and customers confirm the matter is resolved, the relevant entries will be marked as resolved on the timeline and the resolution will be acknowledged.
